Event Overview
To show our appreciation for our valued customers, AlphaDefense - The Ultimate Gun Shop is launching a special raffle event! During the promotion period, customers who meet the spending requirements will receive raffle tickets for a chance to win an F1 BDRX-15 rifle (valued at $1,299.99)!

Event Rules:

1. Event Duration
This raffle event runs from Feb 20, 2025 until April 30, 2025 (based on Central Standard Time (CST)).

2. Raffle Eligibility & Ticket Allocation
•During the event period, for every $500 spent (pre-tax) in a single transaction (online or in-store), customers will receive 1 raffle ticket;
•Spending $1,000 (pre-tax) earns 2 raffle tickets, and so on. For example: A single purchase of $1,200 (pre-tax) will earn 2 raffle tickets (the remaining $200 does not count toward another ticket);
•Only single transactions count—purchases from different transactions cannot be combined to qualify for tickets. For example: if you buy $100 (pre-tax) in one transaction and $400 (pre-tax) in another, they won’t combine to earn a ticket. Only single purchases of $500+ (pre-tax) qualify;
•For online orders, raffle ticket information will be provided via email with an attached photo.

3. Raffle Drawing Process
•The raffle drawing will take place at 6:00 pm (CST), on April 30, 2025;
•The drawing will be conducted in a fair, impartial, and random manner, and the entire process will be recorded;
•After the drawing, all participants will receive an email notification with the list of winners;
•The raffle drawing video will be posted on our Facebook Page and will also be sent to participants via email.

4. Winner Notification & Prize Collection
•Winners will be notified via phone or email within 3 business days after the drawing;
•Winners must confirm their prize within 7 days of receiving the notification—failure to respond will be considered a forfeit;
•Prize collection and legal compliance (such as firearm purchase eligibility) must adhere to all local and federal laws. Winners must cooperate with any necessary legal procedures;
•If a winner is unable to claim the prize due to legal restrictions or other reasons, AlphaDefense - The Ultimate Gun Shop reserves the right to modify the prize or conduct a redraw.

5. Additional Terms & Conditions
•This event is only open to customers who are legally allowed to purchase and possess firearms under U.S. law;
•Raffle tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash;
•Any fraudulent, abusive, or improper attempts to obtain raffle tickets will result in disqualification;
•AlphaDefense - The Ultimate Gun Shop reserves the final interpretation rights of this event, including but not limited to rule modifications, prize adjustments, and disqualifications;
•Participation in this event constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined above.
