The Alpha Defense M4 AR-15 Rifle Kit is configured around a 16-inch .223 Wylde barrel and built for compatibility with both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition. This kit features a 16-inch 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium barrel, 1:8 twist rate, M4 contour, and carbine-length gas system. The upper assembly uses Cerro forged 7075-T6 upper receiver with M4 feed ramp, paired with a free-float anti-rotation handguard designed for strength, accessory support, and sling flexibility.

A key feature of this configuration is the anti-rotation M-lok handguard with five integrated QD sling attachment points and forend Picatinny rail sections for mounting compatible accessories such as a light, bipod, or other rail-mounted equipment. The upper assembly is also installed with a micro low-profile .750 gas block, mil-spec M4 charging handle, A2-style flash hider, and a complete bolt carrier group.

This configuration includes a 9310 alloy steel bolt that is MPI-tested. 9310 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy steel known for strength, toughness, hardenability, and fatigue resistance in high-stress applications, making it a common material choice for AR-platform bolts. MPI testing, Magnetic Particle Inspection, a quality-control process used to check ferrous components for certain surface and near-surface flaws.

7075-T6 mil-spec lower, SOPMOD adjustable stock, and a 17-degree ergonomic grip with enhanced texture. This package also includes one black HEXMAG AR-15/M4/M16 Series2 30-round magazine.
