Store Policies

All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Some items may be prohibited or restricted in certain areas. Before ordering, please verify your local and state regulations to ensure compliance. 

New firearms are shipped in their original manufacturer's box, with magazines, accessories, and applicable warranties. 

Firearm sales are final. If a warranty issue arises, firearms must be returned to the manufacturer within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not regularly sold by Alpha Defense are not covered by our warranty unless we have provided a written guarantee. For warranty inquiries, please contact the manufacturer. 

PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE 

 It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone without an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). As a result, firearms purchased online can either be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may verify the FFL you select during checkout. Please contact the receiving FFL prior to purchase to confirm they accept firearm transfers. 

CHANGING OR MODIFYING ORDERS 

 We understand that mistakes can happen. If you need to modify an order, if the order is not processed yet, we will cancel the original order and issue a full refund minus a $10 charge via gift card. You may then place a new order through the website. We do not place orders for customers due to security reasons. Once refunded, the transaction lead times will restart. 

RETURNS & CANCELED ORDERS 

All canceled or returned orders will incur a 30% restocking fee. Final Sale Items: Firearms, NFA items, ammunition, optics, and any items that have been opened, used, or installed are non-returnable. If documents required for your order are not provided within 21 days, the order will be canceled, and funds will be returned minus the 30% restocking fee. 

ORDER FULFILLMENT 

Orders are shipped from our warehouse or store inventory within 3–10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers will be provided for shipments via UPS and FedEx. Flat rate shipping is available only for the lower 48 states. We do not currently offer shipping to locations outside the contiguous U.S. or internationally. Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses will be flagged as potential fraud and canceled. The order amount will be refunded via gift card, and you may re-submit the order with corrected information. 

 AMMUNITION PURCHASES 

 You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. Ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Sales on ammunition are final.  Customers are responsible for ensuring that they purchase the correct ammunition for their firearm and must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Please research your local laws before purchasing. 

CONDITIONS OF USE 

By using the Alpha Defense website, you agree to our terms of use and acknowledge the following customer affidavit: 

I am not a prohibited person under federal, state, or local law (e.g., not convicted of a felony or domestic violence crime). 

I am not under indictment or subject to a restraining order. 

I am not addicted to a controlled substance, a fugitive from justice, or an unlawful alien. 

I am not under 21 years old and have not renounced my U.S. citizenship. 

By placing an order, you agree to indemnify Alpha Defense for any liability arising from your purchase, including product misuse, storage, or transportation. 

CLASS ACTION WAIVER 

You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted individually, and you waive any right to bring claims on behalf of others in a class or representative action. 

TRADEMARKS & COPYRIGHT 

Alpha Defense owns the trademarks and content on this website. Unauthorized use of trademarks or content is prohibited. All content, including text, images, logos, and videos, is protected by copyright law. 

PROTECTING YOUR ACCOUNT 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You are also responsible for all activities performed under your account. 

PRIVACY POLICY 

We collect personal information (e.g., name, address, email) to process transactions. We may also collect non-personal data like your IP address to help improve our site. You may opt out of email marketing by contacting us at cs@alphadefenseonline.com. 

DISCLOSURE 

We may disclose personal information if required by law or if you violate our terms. 

SITE ACCESS & LICENSE 

Alpha Defense grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of our website. Unauthorized use of site content for commercial purposes is prohibited. 

USER-GENERATED CONTENT 

By submitting content to the site (e.g., reviews, photos), you grant Alpha Defense a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it in any media. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

Alpha Defense makes no warranties regarding the website or products. You use the site at your own risk, and we are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our site or products. 

REDEMPTION OF PROMOTIONS 

We may offer promotions, discounts, or special offers. If we detect misuse of these offers, we reserve the right to remove extra items or cancel the order at our discretion. 

APPLICABLE LAW 

By using this website, you agree that the laws of the state govern any disputes.
